Where Are All the Credit Card Offers

It used to be that our mailboxes were stuffed to the brim with credit card offers from all the major banks and credit card issuers including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover card. Now because of the current recession but credit card companies are no longer aggressively offering credit cards.
